In response to the demand of several markets, HIDRAL has developed a PITLESS solution for BIG LOADS.

The need of a pit often makes difficult the installation process for several reasons like:

• Increasing installation times (expensive installation)
• Architectural constraints of the building.
• Local standards because of intrinsic characteristics of the terrain. For example, presence of shallow water.

The first units have been manufactured for HIDRAL USA, who has already sold the first prototypes. In the picture, one of the first units already installed.

Instead of doing any digging on the facility floor, the plant owners has chosen to save the 100mm gap with a very short ramp with very low inclination.
