We want to inform you that at HIDRAL S.A. we have acted with the greatest possible prudence since the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19 began.

 We have acted, are acting and will continue to act with the highest possible doses of foresight, caution and concern to ensure the safety of our stake holders and guarantee the continuity of your orders in production.

For this reason, we have applied contingency plans and security protocols, designed according to the guidelines set forth by the Public Administrators.

We want to calm down the uncertainty as much as possible about the situation. We execute internal security protocols to ensure the safety of our employees in our production centers and we have taken the necessary measures to ensure the supply chain of critical components that guarantee the continuity of our services and production.

All this allows us to inform you that your orders are currently in production without any incident.

However, we are reducing the visits of the sales and after-sales departments, unless it is essential, for the safety of our employees and their contacts. We are promoting the use of on-line communication methods to guarantee service and attention in all aspects.

We are in permanent contact with public administrations, agents and collaborators in our supply chain. We will inform you about any news that may occur as a result of the current situation. We want to let you know that we are well prepared.
